Jamie Bowling
Chief Administrative Officer
Jamie has worked in residential construction for the majority of her career. Her experience includes recruitment, selection, onboarding, retention, training and development, employee relations, performance management, strategic planning, succession planning, and policy implementation. Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Northern Kentucky University.

Sarah Motycka
Chief Marketing Officer
Sarah has over 22 years in marketing and product management. She has a wealth of experience in strategy, brand development, and customer engagement. Her expertise lies in identifying and promoting product value, positioning and branding, and improving profitability digitally and through traditional channels, Sarah is a graduate of the University of California at Riverside and IE Business School in Spain.

Ryan Post
Chief Operating Officer
With 20 years in construction, Ryan Post has greatly impacted Reston Construction as COO, delivering significant projects across the U.S. His expertise in project control, estimation, and client relations underpins his career. Ryan is committed to building long-term relationships with clients, empowering teams, and fostering collaboration to exceed expectations in residential, commercial, and civil projects in Kentucky and beyond.
