PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:
The Reston Residential Bathroom Remodel Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about August 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Reston Construction LLC, 7700 Shawnee Run Rd. Suite B, Cincinnati, Ohio 45243 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes entrants must:
(i) be legal U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry; and
(ii) be the titled homeowner for the home listed on the entry form. Said home must be in a suitable condition (as determined by Sponsor or its designees) for the installation of the prize, including but not limited to compliance with local building codes, and absence of water damage, mold, structural damage, or defective plumbing. Any necessary remediation, waterproofing, or structural work must be completed at the winner’s expense before prize installation.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and immediate family members (or those living in the same household) are not eligible to enter or win.

TAMPERING AND DELIVERY DISCLAIMER:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who:
(i) tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes;
(ii) engages in unfair practices, including but not limited to cheating, deception, or harassment;
(iii) violates these Official Rules or undermines the integrity of the Sweepstakes in any way.

HOW TO ENTER:
You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of the following ways:

1. Automatic Entry – Receive one (1) entry by owning a residence and sharing your contact information via digital or physical entry.
2. Alternate Entry (No Purchase Necessary) – Receive one (1) entry by hand-printing your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain piece of paper and mailing it in an envelope to:

3. All mail-in entries must be mailed separately, and received by August 31, 2025 to be eligible.
4. Limit one (1) entry per household for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
5. Metered, photocopied, or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.
   
   

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified by phone, mail, or email using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, declines the prize, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner (up to three attempts).

In the event of a dispute over identity, the entry will be deemed submitted by the titled homeowner listed on the entry form. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE AND VALUE:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive up to $10,000 in home improvement products and installation services toward a bathroom remodel, provided exclusively by Reston personnel. This value includes labor and materials. Any additional expenses, upgrades, or modifications not expressly covered by the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

No prize substitution or cash redemption is allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner must sign a standard purchase agreement or contract for services, if required under applicable law.

Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and will receive appropriate tax reporting forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099).

PUBLICITY RELEASE:
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, photo, video, voice, testimonial, and city of residence for advertising and publicity in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless RESTON CONSTRUCTION LLC, its affiliates, owners, agents, contractors, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or damages related to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, misuse, or installation of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, errors, fraud, or unauthorized human intervention. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any factor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor is not liable for any typographical or administrative errors. In the event of a conflict between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Rules govern.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and each entrant consents to such jurisdiction.

Entrants waive the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief and agree that all claims shall be resolved through individual actions and not class proceedings.
